Owner Robin has lived in Horsley with his family since 2001, and after declaring that the village needed a coffee shop, Quaich was born. Today, he’s joined by a brilliant team of local baristas who help create the friendly community atmosphere it’s become known for.

And the name? A quaich is a traditional two-handled Scottish drinking cup symbolising friendship – rather fitting for a coffee shop built around bringing people together.
