Your Local Hub : Business Listing & Membership Terms Terms and Conditions  

1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Business Listings and Memberships on Your Local Hub, operated by Navigate Marketing Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By applying for a listing or subscribing to Membership, you agree to these Terms.

Your agreement with us (“Contract”) begins:

  • For free listings: when your listing is approved and published.

  • For Membership: when you complete payment via Stripe.

The Contract continues until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

2. Free Business Listing  

All approved businesses receive a free enhanced listing, which may include:

  • Business name

  • Branded header image

  • Business description

  • Contact details

  • Website and social media links

  • Location button

We reserve the right to determine the structure and presentation of listings.

2.2. Approval & Discretion

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or remove any listing that does not align with the values or standards of Your Local Hub. We are not obliged to provide a reason.

2.3. Accuracy of Information

While we aim to present accurate and up-to-date information, it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your business details.

Your Local Hub is a community platform. We carry out our own verification process, however residents are encouraged to carry out their own due diligence before engaging any service.

3. Membership

Membership is an optional subscription designed to provide additional recognition and visibility within the platform.

Membership may include:

  • A dedicated business introduction on @thisisyourlocalhub

  • A Your Local Hub Member badge

  • Visibility across Your Local Hub and its social channels

  • Priority consideration for relevant Instagram Story features

  • Inclusion within organic content (not paid ads or boosted campaigns)

Membership does not guarantee a fixed number of posts, features or mentions. Inclusion is based on relevance, seasonality and platform content planning.

Free enhanced listings remain available to all approved businesses regardless of Membership status.

4. Payment

4.1. Monthly Membership

£9.99 per month
Payments are processed via Stripe on a rolling monthly basis.

4.2 Annual Membership

£100 per year
Payments are processed annually via Stripe.

Subscription fees are agreed at the time of sign-up.

To cancel, you must provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing date by emailing hello@yourlocalhub.co.uk.

Payments are non-refundable once processed.

5. Sponsored & Paid Promotions

From time to time, we may offer additional paid promotional opportunities (such as sponsored campaigns or featured placements).

These are separate from Membership and will be clearly described at the time of booking.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting your listing, you grant us permission to use your business name, logo, images and publicly available content to create and promote your listing and related social media content.

You may use the Your Local Hub Member badge and share our social media posts to promote your involvement in the platform.ot chase you for this. 

7. Termination

Free business listings remain live unless removed by you or us.

Membership continues on a rolling basis until cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

We reserve the right to remove a listing or Membership if:

  • There are repeated and credible complaints

  • The business no longer aligns with platform standards

  • Payments remain outstanding for more than 14 days

In such cases, we will notify you via email before removal

8. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
